Still Acres is a small family run touring and camping park just outside the wealden village of Marden in the heart of the beuautiful Kent countryside ( the garden of England )


We now have 7 fully serviced pitches at Still Acres, all pitches are next to each other. The price is £37.00 per night all season.

We have 28 acres of lovely flat grassland of which 2 acres is set aside for the park, caravans,motorhomes and tents are all catered for on one of the 30 hard standing ( mesh ) pitches all with electric hook up as standared for those who require it.

The beautiful centrally heated shower block with disabled toilets is a real home from home pleasure, which we are very proud of.

Dogs -friendly family breeds are very welcome and also have a fenced off area where they can run and have a game of ball without having a lead on. If you wish to bring more than 2 dogs please notify in advance.

We are centrally located to be able to easily get to the many wonderful days out that Kent has to offer including any of the 11 blue flag beaches,13 castles or one of our many historic houses we have more than any other county, so much more to see and explore, even a day trip to France for those who like to go further afield.

Arrival time is midday to 6pm   Please depart by 11.30am

No commercial vans or trucks  will be permitted unless agreed by prior arrangement with ourselves.

Please note that we only accept  a maximum of 4 adults per pitch per night.

  • All pitches have grass reinforcment mesh under for caravan and car

  • 5G on EE,  EE mast just 200meters away so you can hot spot off.
  • All pitches have 16amp electric points
  • Heated luxury toilets and showers ( with under floor heating )
  • Ice pack freezing
  • Excellent television and satellite reception
  • Barbecues & fire pits 300mm off ground our allowed ( You will find on your pitch there is a heat shield please use for BBQ & Fire pits ) Please do not burn the grass for the next person.
  • Double sink for washing up
  • Secure entrance gates ( Key fob available for a fully refundable £10 deposit )
  • Lots of local attractions including Sissinghurst casttle gardens,Leeds casttle,Bewl water resevoir and of course Blue water shopping centre, Canterbury to name a few.

Accessibility

Introduction

We aim to provide an accessible site to all our guests.

Arrival and Car Parking facilities

There is an arrivals bay to use when you first arrive and check in. The reception can be accessed via a ramp and the door to reception is wide and mostly open.

Reception is manned all day from 9.00am to 6.00pm in season and staff are always available to assist as required.

One car is allowed per pitch at all times. Additional car parking is available to the front of the reception.

Public Areas

The site is made up of different surfaces.

Campsite

The campsite has a grass surface and is quite solid. Roads are tarmac with gravel.

The shower and toilet block has easy level access for disabled and level access to the dishwashing area.

Refuse & Recycling store

The refuse and recycling store has a very slight ramp to gain access from the road.

Caravan storage area

Please do NOT enter this area at any time.

Grounds

All paths and roads on the site are wheel chair friendly. Paths off the campsite are not wheelchair friendly. ( No footpaths off site )
